Combining Follow me Call Forward and DND mode on FusionPBX
Sometimes it's not that easy to see what FusionPBX / Freeswitch will do without testing it first.
Let's assume you have this setting in FusionPBX, a call forward on busy + no answer as well as a follow me and you have enabled DND mode on your phone (disregard the DND setting on the screenshot). Where will the call be sent to?
The call will be sent to the "no answer" destination, follow me will not take any effect here if your phone is in DND mode! The no answer destination will override the follow-me settings.
Now let's take this example, there is no call forward for "no answer" and the phone with the extension 6000 is in DND mode.
Now the call will be sent to the follow-me destinations since extension 6000 is in DND mode the second number (cell phone 0650xxxx) will be dialed with the "Confirm" prompt.
Voicemail will not be triggered in either of these versions.
